Everything you need to know about ForHonorDLE, the daily For Honor guessing game.
What is ForHonorDLE?
A free daily guessing game set in the For Honor universe, inspired by Wordle and LoLdle. Each day has three puzzles, one per mode, and the answer is the same for every player that day.
Is the game free?
Yes, completely free. No account, no paywall, no purchases. The site is supported by ads and by optional tips from players who want to help.
Do I need an account?
No. Your progress, stats and streak are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.
When does a new puzzle start?
Every day at your device's local midnight. A fresh puzzle appears for each of the three modes, the same one for every player.
What are the three modes?
Hero (guess from attribute clues), Silhouette (a blurred full-body render), and Map (an image that zooms out). Each has its own daily puzzle.
How does Hero mode work?
You guess a hero, and a grid compares six of their attributes to the hidden hero. Green means a match, orange means close, red means different. The release year also shows an up or down arrow.
What do the six attributes mean?
Faction, class, gender, weapon type, weapon range and release year. Each guess narrows down who the hero of the day can be.
Is there a limit on guesses?
No. Guesses are unlimited and there is no game over. The goal is simply to find the answer in as few tries as possible, then share your result.
What is the streak?
A streak counts how many days in a row you have solved at least one puzzle. It is shared across all three modes and shown on the home page.
Can I play previous days?
Yes. The archive lets you replay past puzzles for each mode at any time. Replaying a past day does not affect your daily stats.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. ForHonorDLE is a progressive web app, so you can add it to your home screen and play it like a regular app.
How is my data used?
ForHonorDLE respects your privacy: no data is sold. Audience measurement is anonymous, and advertising consent is handled through Google's consent platform. Full details are on the Privacy page.
Is ForHonorDLE affiliated with Ubisoft?
No. ForHonorDLE is a fan project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft. For Honor and all related material are the property of Ubisoft Entertainment.
